Terms of Use

Important: These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dagg Intelligence Services AB. Please read them carefully before using DIS. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dagg Intelligence Systems platform (“DIS” or the “Service”), provided by Dagg Intelligence Services AB (registration number 559543-9513), a company registered in Sweden (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using DIS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using DIS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use DIS. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Creation
To use DIS, you must:
- Register for an account using a valid email address and authentication provider (e.g., Google SSO).
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and identity provider access.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
3. Description of Service
DIS is an agent-native software development platform with a knowledge machine that integrates with your development tools to provide:
- Knowledge graph construction from source code, documentation, issues, and communications.
- AI-powered agents for project insights, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Integrations with GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion, Google Docs, and other platforms.
- Semantic search, contextual recommendations, and intelligent project management features.
Beta Status and Service Availability
DIS is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. As a beta service:
- Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice.
- The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or performance issues.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Beta features are provided “as is” for testing and feedback purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
4. Future Pricing and Payment Terms
Transition to Paid Service
DIS is currently provided free of charge during the beta phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans or pricing tiers in the future.
If we introduce pricing for the Service, we will:
- Provide at least 30 days advance notice via email and in-app notification.
- Clearly communicate the pricing structure, payment terms, and effective date.
- Give you the opportunity to accept the new pricing or terminate your account.
- Allow you to export your data before any paid requirements take effect.
Future Payment Terms
When pricing is introduced, the following will apply:
- Fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), which you are responsible for paying.
- Payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods we specify.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
5. User Content and Data
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit, upload, or integrate into DIS (“User Content”), including:
- Source code and repository data from connected version control systems.
- Documentation, notes, and knowledge base content.
- Issue data, project plans, and task information.
- Messages, comments, and communications.
License to DIS
By submitting User Content to DIS, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and analyze your User Content to provide the Service.
- Generate embeddings, build knowledge graphs, and create derived insights from your data.
- Use your User Content to power AI agents and provide intelligent recommendations.
- Back up and replicate your User Content for data protection and availability purposes.
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Service for your benefit and terminates when you delete your content or close your account (subject to backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy).
Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content to DIS.
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- You have obtained all necessary consents to submit personal data to DIS.
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Data Processing
For most uses, you are the data controller and DIS acts as a data processor for your User Content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we process, store, and protect your data.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
DIS Platform
DIS and all related technology, software, interfaces, algorithms, and materials (excluding your User Content) are and remain the exclusive property of Dagg Intelligence Services AB and our licensors.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to:
- Our trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand elements.
- Our proprietary software, algorithms, or AI models.
- Our documentation, guides, or other proprietary materials.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about DIS, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use DIS to:
Prohibited Activities
- Violate laws: Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe rights: Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
- Abuse the Service: Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of DIS (except where prohibited by law).
- Scrape or data mine: Use automated tools to extract data from DIS without our written permission.
- Harm others: Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users or third parties.
- Distribute malware: Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Spam or abuse: Send unsolicited communications, spam, or abuse contact features.
- Bypass restrictions: Circumvent security features, access controls, or usage limits.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including:
- Warning or suspending users who violate these Terms.
- Removing User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Terminating accounts of repeat or serious violators.
- Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8. Third-Party Integrations
DIS integrates with third-party services such as GitHub, Linear, Slack, Notion, and Google Docs. By connecting these integrations:
- You authorize DIS to access and process data from these services on your behalf.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each integrated platform.
- We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
- You acknowledge that these services have their own privacy policies and terms.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its terms, DIS functionality that depends on that integration may be affected.
9. AI and Model Usage
DIS uses artificial intelligence and large language models to provide intelligent features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it.
- Your User Content may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, etc.).
- We take measures to prevent third parties from training on your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- AI features are provided “as is” and may produce unexpected or unintended results.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal right to submit personal data to DIS.
- Obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose data you process through DIS.
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) in your use of the Service.

11. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, as described in our Security & Trust documentation.
However, you acknowledge that:
- No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.
- You should report any security vulnerabilities or incidents to security@dagg.ai.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
Beta Service Disclaimer
DIS is currently in beta and is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content or information.
- Warranties regarding AI-generated outputs or recommendations.
EU Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including your rights under EU consumer protection legislation. Where we cannot legally disclaim certain warranties, the above disclaimers do not apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dagg Intelligence Services AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data or communications.
- Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content.
- Damages resulting from AI-generated outputs or errors.
Liability Cap
While the Service remains free, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed €100.
EU Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Swedish or EU law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dagg Intelligence Services AB and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
- Your User Content or any claim that it infringes third-party rights.
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Your negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Term and Termination
Term
These Terms begin when you first access or use DIS and continue until terminated by either you or us.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account through the DIS interface.
- Contacting us at support@dagg.ai to request account deletion.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to DIS at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your use of the Service poses a security or legal risk.
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice if possible).
- Required by law or government authority.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use DIS immediately ceases.
- We will delete your User Content from active systems within 24 hours.
- Encrypted backups will be retained according to our backup retention schedule (7-30 days).
- You remain responsible for any obligations that accrued before termination.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
16. Changes to Terms
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Service features.
Notice of Changes
When we make changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms.
- Notify you via email or through an in-app notification.
- For material changes, provide at least 30 days notice before they take effect.
Acceptance of Changes
Your continued use of DIS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, we encourage you to contact us at legal@dagg.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Security & Trust documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dagg Intelligence Services AB regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
Relationship
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Dagg Intelligence Services AB.
